Diet Plan

I am more than certain that women know far more about diets, healthy eating, and sensible nutrition than men. I know also that I am certainly no expert in this area,and can’t advise anyone on it to any extent, yet I am about to talk about just that. Any women reading this article, please enlighten me If I get things drastically wrong, or indeed help to contribute your own analogies.

Now as far as I know, it is as easy to feed 10 people the same meal as it is to feed 5. It is a matter of getting your amounts and proportions correct.
Feeding 100,000 people as opposed to 1000 must take a lot more resources and management to deliver.
It becomes harder still when many are asking for different meals,and you have to increase the menu.

When it comes to dieting that requires much more management and control.
There are all sorts of diets, and not all of them are good for your health, in fact some are downright dangerous to your health,and may even kill you!

In general a health balanced diet with proper and regular exercise is the best way to go.
It is never a good Idea to suddenly go on a sudden and prolonged crash diet, or worse still a starvation diet.

Yet this is exactly the sort of problem the UK is facing today. We are being forced on a crash diet with cuts all over the shop. even more unfortunate is that it is the least able and the least fit who are suffering the brunt of it.
The poor, the unemployed, the disabled, the terminally ill, the women, the children, the families, are all being made to suffer disproportionately. We have already seen deaths occurring because of some of these policies and cut backs, and very unfortunately I am sure we will see more.

For decades, if you were to look at the British Isles as if it were a body, what you will have seen is all the wealth and industry and nourishment being taken from all the areas, and it being re directed to the feet. The feet have then recirculated some of that back to the rest of the body, but unfortunately the circulation has been been very poor.

We are now seeing, and will be seeing, much more savage effects in the years to come. Depending on your status and position in the body, you will suffer badly or barely suffer at all.

Now back to my original question on food management, would it not be much easier to plan and manage and cope with feeding 5.5 million as opposed to 62million people, and for you to run it rather than hoping some people hundreds of miles away might know better than you what you need? Just a question?
