Momentous Days

Today is the second anniversary of this blog. Exactly two years ago on this date I set it up to make my comments on the referendum. Back then I didn’t know when the day would be,but I did know it was coming. A lot of water has gone under the bridge in that period of time and many words have flowed onto this page. With less than a year to go to September 2014, no doubt a few more will follow.
Tomorrow brings another momentous day, which many have been waiting for with baited breath.
The Scottish government sets out its White Paper on Independence, and the eyes of the world will be fixed upon us once more. With over 200 journalists from all over the world already in place to hear its introduction in Glasgow tomorrow when it is finally unveiled.
Much discussion on its contents are sure to follow as it is dissected word by word by all sides.

I can exclusively reveal the Westminster government response to it today, and what Better Together will make of it.

In short, to save time , I can tell you now that they will unanimously agree…. Its Rubbish!

Just thought I would save you some time in reading their response .

About auldacquaintance

I am not a member of any political party. I am however a strong supporter of Scots Independence. Any views which I express in this Blog are purely my own. This Blog intends to be a place where I will be putting my views on Scots Independence. It will primarily concern itself with the upcoming Referendum In Scotland. However It will also be somewhat diverse in the range of day to day issues which are evident to me in modern day Scotland. Not all of it will be political, and indeed may take me off into avenues I am not even aware of yet. Please come and join in on this journey, and any comments are welcome provided they are not abusive! All the best from a new acquaintance! Rod

Nice one – whatever happens in 2014, this is history and at least we stabbed into the cold, empty empire dreaming stone that is the British nationalist establishment.

This must be the only country that has fought for independence with a prospectus prior to the vote, wonderful..

  3. Stevie says:

    Well said cynical
