Union Jack Man Forces YES Parade to step aside

Shows the power of a few people, prepared to stand up…

UNION JACK MAN FORCES ENTIRE PARADE to STEP ASIDE
Another Bold Union Jack man spotted in Dunfermline yesterday (26-8-17). He stood his ground and forced the entire ScotNat parade to move to the side to avoid him! We’re Looking for a Few Good Men and Women with nerves like this. If you’ve got what it takes to join us for this kind of Street Activism then we need to hear from you…as soon as possible!

This is just one of the things these fruitbats are putting out there on Social Media Now.

Well…. What can I say, other than it shows very clearly the tolerance and decency of the YES side as opposed to the frankly ridiculous and inciting behaviour of the British Nationalists.
At least we have the decency to not throw insults, give Nazi salutes and  violently attack peaceful men women and children like some of these nutters did in George Square Glasgow….after they had seemingly won the Independence Referendum!

About auldacquaintance

I am not a member of any political party. I am however a strong supporter of Scots Independence. Any views which I express in this Blog are purely my own. This Blog intends to be a place where I will be putting my views on Scots Independence. It will primarily concern itself with the upcoming Referendum In Scotland. However It will also be somewhat diverse in the range of day to day issues which are evident to me in modern day Scotland. Not all of it will be political, and indeed may take me off into avenues I am not even aware of yet. Please come and join in on this journey, and any comments are welcome provided they are not abusive! All the best from a new acquaintance! Rod

As we drove past this individual, as part of the motor convoy, I simply gave the thumbs down, my partner however blew him kisses. Not the response he was seeking. Hehe.

This a joke? Only trouble ive seen is the ones with the union flags going mental and in relatiin to the yes it was family orientated peaceful.

  4. Christine sinclair says:

    I shouted. “Cringe!”
Wonder if i should do what he did at the next orange March?

  5. Robert Park says:

They will never defeat or entice the YES movement the best family in the world been on many a peaceful march and it’s the best feeling on the planet 🌎 I have ever experienced maybe the thugs unionists OO should take a leaf out our book and act like people instead of animals YES SCOTLAND for INDEPENDENCE Soar Alba [><].

  6. David Downie says:

I stopped right beside him when riding with the Yes Bikers he was shouting obscenities, I smiled revved the bike and tooted the horn drowning the eedjit out.

  7. Coatbridge Wan says:

What a load of absolute tosh.
We have the photos and videos to prove it.
The march did not move and most of the crowd did not even see you.
It’s funny though that you feel the need to protest.
Are you getting worried that so many from the no camp are turning to Yes?
Maybe that’s because anyone worth anything cannot stand the fact that the Tories are picking on the poor and the vulnerable eh?
And the best way to rid Scotland from Tory dominated Westminster rule is to get rid of Westminster and all who sail in her.
    Vote yes.

  8. Aunt Sally says:

Trying to provoke aggression, he was sadly disappointed.

  9. I wasn’t at the march, and this is the first I’ve heard or seen anything like this.I’m certain the police could have arrested him as he was out to incite a least a breach of the peace or are peaceful marches now in the position of getting people like that at all or any marches to try and block them? Why would we or any other folk that want to organise a march bother with asking for permission if the permission means nothing except give notice to those wanting to disrupt when and where the march will be and allow them the time to organise a protest against the legal march and protesters don’t have permission to march or assemble or do they.If so then those that take the money for allowing one march to take place shouldn’t allow another to cross paths.

      I was at the march.
I never seen or heard any of this…

    • Toni says:

I was on the march with my daughters, we passed that man as he was saying to a female police officer “I’ve told you three times and you’ve done nothing!” I don’t know what he had told her, but at that point she politely but firmly moved him aside so that we could pass by. This is the first march I have attended and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

  11. seona36 says:

As usual the YES movement is peaceful and ignores these idiots. So proud to be part of this peaceful family

  12. seona36 says:

I was there. We marched past them peacefully whilst they made clowns of themselves, all 4 of them lol. I just about ended myself when I heard a police woman telling the guy to Give It A By when he started complaining about us lol

  13. Christine Sinclair says:

I shouted ‘cringe!’ at them. I might try his tactic with the next orange walk.

    • Stephen Duffy says:

You would get your heed in your hauns tae play wi’ if you done that…..that’s the difference. He was probably hoping somebody would push or punch him and the Tory press could have gone mad

  14. brianmca3 says:

Aye no match,at IBROX so bored bigot`s hand on street corners

    • Tommy Malcolm says:

I wish you would drop this anti Rangers stuff, some of us are SNP members.

      • Unpleasant for you I am sure. I have a great many of my good friends who are also Rangers supporters and who have no truck with these morons.
but unfortunately, and undeniably your team does have a sizeable vocal minority of these bigots….and until the day your team takes serious action to ban them, you will unfortunately find your team associated with them, and the criticism will continue, and all decent Rangers fans will find themselves tarred with the same brush…
it is the old expression…. If you fly with the craws you will get shot with the craws.

      • Wish you would have a word with my next door neighbour, I tried to have a Conversation with him about a month ago on Brexit. He said I’ve voted SNP all my life but that wee bitch ( NICOLA ) is trying to Destroy us ??????????????? That was the end of the discussion for me.

      • I wonder what he meant by that?

  15. be a tad hard for anyone standing on the pavement to stop a procession on the road but aye report yer bile as ye please it matters not
what DOES matter is the minimum policing of this event
lets see yer unionists pull that off
    oh they canny eh
hundreds pf years practise and still they cannot be nice t each other never mind passers by

the union flags were drowned in a sea of blue and white and even the trump lover (god help us if he was scots) stood back on the pavement

just like the msm faske news spread to cause unrest

stick with the facts or consider a new career as yer lies here are blatant to see

  16. Barry Kirk says:

What a twat. There’s nothing clever about someone trying to start a fight. Just shows the Yes guys are decent fowk and not incitive nutters like him. Well done all for rising above it.

  17. Irene Turner says:

it is evident that the English lovers want to get rid oF the Scottish flag and language we have a wonderful heritage they would like to abolish Scottish Scotland for the SCOTS

  18. Andrew Wilson says:

It doesn’t say much for the police to be honest, like Glasgow, he should have been moved to the side. Quite entitled to wave his flag anywhere but to attempt to provoke a reaction is not on.

Kudos to those attending showing the class to ignore him.

    • Carl Jenkins says:

In the days when I used to organise Car Cavalcades and Marches we used to negotiate with the police re the route. Once accepted, that route was policed to allow us to pass unhindered. It’s the police who are at fault here for allowing a few idiots to disrupt a March and Car/Bikers Cavalcade.

  19. Mark Richards says:

Well done yessers for showing the poor wee soul love & compassion.

  20. Marconatrix says:

I’m thinking if he were a lone individual then the marchers could have divided and gone each side of him. Then the effect would be that he was surrounded and engulfed, perhaps not the image he was seeking?

  21. ewenart says:

    Freedom ~
Saorsa: freedom, liberty ~ redemption for Alba, our way!
Our people, steadily awakening… realizingly, & do say:
    “a ticking clock – ‘sin mar atha e’ ~ that’s how it is”;
Scotland’s awakening and sensing impending fresh bliss!

    E.A.M

  22. Kath says:

Absolute nonsense the parade stopped there to let the yes convoy disperse down the new row …more unionist lies !!

  23. Joe Scot says:

No what you have here is fucking moron! Of the highest order trying to cause trouble like typical unionists, There’s nothing brave or clever about it. Just a complete prick trying to act hard.
What did you think they would do exactly?
They just walked round him like they should.
Yet your holding him up like some sort of hero.
Wouldn’t be that if we stood infront of the orange walk would it? He ain’t brave, he ain’t a hero, he ain’t shit, just another clown proving how stupid you lot really are😂😂😂😂 what an absolute fud!

  24. Robert says:

    Shower of Yoon TiTs😁😁😁

  26. Vicente Bimendi says:

  27. GERALD KEOGH says:

I truly felt for the Police on duty knowing the possible problems that could have emerged with being unable to interfere with the trouble makers.

  28. Bryan McGinley says:
